If your offshore outsourcing is long-term, it is better to plan your own center. With Ramsoft, this can start with minimal risk - practically no investment with only monthly payments, but a long-term commitment. You can use our infrastructure to build and operate an extended IT center.
Under this plan, we will provide a team of IT professionals (offshore) and technology infrastructure in our Software Development Center (SDC), within a few weeks of establishing a partnering relationship. We would start with our team and ramp up based on actual requirements, at short notices. Subject to the requirement projections, the workspace available in Ramsoft's SDC would be allocated. The team would be trained and monitored to ensure quality deliverables. Ramsoft will provide consultancy and support for facilities creation and transfer of the team, at a later date, should clients look at taking over the team and running it themselves.
